Auction No. 11/2022-23 of 91-Day and 364-Day Treasury Bills (T.Bills) was held on Sunday, July 24, 2022. Of which, 67 bids amounting to Taka 4402.80 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 2000.00 crore for 91-Day T.Bill and 39 bids amounting to Taka 1881.20 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 1500.00 crore for 364-Day T.Bill. Of those, 13 bids of Taka 1115.20 crore for 91-Day T.Bill and 02 bids of Taka 30.00 crore for 364-Day T.Bill were accepted by the auction committee. Accordingly, the remaining amount of Taka 884.80 crore and Taka 1470.00 crore were devolved on Bangladesh Bank at the same rate respectively in case of 91-Day T.Bill and 364-Day T.Bill. The range of the implicit yields of the accepted bids for 91-Day T.Bill was 6.24-6.35 and the rate of the implicit yield of the accepted bid for 364-Day T.Bill was 6.89 percent per annum.
