Auction No. 41/2023-24 of 91-Day, 182-Day and 364-Day Treasury Bills (T.Bills) was held on Sunday, 03 March 2024. Of which, 197 bids amounting to Taka 9,880.93 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 3,500.00 crore for 91-Day T.Bill, 55 bids amounting to Taka 3,526.22 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 2,000.00 crore for 182-Day T.Bill and 74 bids amounting to Taka 3,606.01 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 2,500.00 crore for 364-Day T.Bill. Of those, 165 bids were accepted amounting to Taka 6,871.93 crore for 91-Day T.Bill, 29 bids were accepted amounting to Taka 1,146.22 crore for 182-Day T.Bill and 46 bids were accepted amounting to Taka 1,230.01 crore for 364-Day T.Bill by the auction committee, respectively. The ranges of the implicit yields of the accepted bids were 11.34-11.40, 11.44-11.45 and 11.59-11.60 percent per annum, respectively.
