The auction No. 21/2023-24 of 91-Day, 182-Day and 364-Day Treasury Bills (T.Bills) was held on Sunday, 19 November 2023. Of which, 120 bids amounting to Taka 5,637.25 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 3,000.00 crore for 91-Day T.Bill, 35 bids amounting to Taka 1,462.49 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 1,300.00 crore for 182-Day T.Bill and 38 bids amounting to Taka 2,095.36 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 2,000.00 crore for 364-Day T.Bill. Of those, 91 bids were accepted amounting to Taka 3,303.85 crore for 91-Day T.Bill, 10 bids were accepted amounting to Taka 304.15 crore for 182-Day T.Bill and 12 bids were accepted amounting to Taka 581.76 crore for 364-Day T.Bill by the auction committee, respectively. The ranges of the implicit yields of the accepted bids were 9.99-10.20, 10.20-10.40 and 10.30-10.60 percent per annum, respectively.
