Auction No. 19/2023-24 of 91-Day, 182-Day and 364-Day Treasury Bills (T.Bills) was held on Sunday, 05 November 2023. Of which, 88 bids amounting to Taka 4,764.80 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 3,000.00 crore for 91-Day T.Bill, 33 bids amounting to Taka 1,994.39 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 1,300.00 crore for 182-Day T.Bill and 40 bids amounting to Taka 2,602.37 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 2,000.00 crore for 364-Day T.Bill. Of those, 48 bids were accepted amounting to Taka 1,688.40 crore for 91-Day T.Bill, 08 bids were accepted amounting to Taka 742.05 crore for 182-Day T.Bill and 10 bids were accepted amounting to Taka 675.65 crore for 364-Day T.Bill by the auction committee, respectively. The ranges of the implicit yields of the accepted bids for 91-Day and 182-Day T.Bill were 9.78-9.90 percent & 9.90-9.95 percent per annum, respectively and the rate of the implicit yield of the accepted bids for 364-Day T.Bill was 10.00 percent per annum.
