Auction No. 82/2021-22 of 91-Day and 182-Day Treasury Bills (T.Bill) was held on Sunday, January 02, 2022. Of which, 32 bids amounting to Taka 2449.50 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 495.00 crore for 91-Day T.Bill and 40 bids amounting to Taka 3434.50 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 1825.00 crore for 182-Day T.Bill. Of those, 09 bids of Taka 495.00 crore for 91-Day T.Bill and 16 bids of Taka 1825.00 crore for 182-Day T.Bill were accepted by the auction committee. The ranges of the implicit yields of the accepted bids were 2.30-2.49 and 2.98-3.25 percent per annum respectively.
