The Bangladesh Bank Training Academy Journal is a premier open-access, double-blinded, peer-reviewed journal published biannually in June and December by the Bangladesh Bank Training Academy. Our mission is to provide a dynamic platform for researchers, academics, and professionals to share cutting-edge insights and advancements in the fields of banking, finance, economics, and related development issues. By embracing an open-access model, we ensure free and global dissemination of knowledge, fostering collaboration and innovation across disciplines and regions. Each issue features high-quality, research-driven articles addressing emerging trends and challenges in the financial sector and beyond.

The journal welcomes original and high-quality research papers, case studies, reviews, and policy analyses on economics, banking, finance, and related fields. Interdisciplinary submissions addressing development, public policy, management, science and technology, ethics, or sustainability— especially in the context of Bangladesh and other developing economies— are also encouraged.

All submissions undergo a desk review, plagiarism check, and editorial screening before being sent to expert reviewers. Manuscripts accepted for publication are professionally edited and formatted. Authors of accepted articles receive a token honorarium as recognition of their contribution. There are no submission or publication fees, making this journal open and accessible to all.
