Auction No. 104/2021-22 of 91-Day and 182-Day Treasury Bills (T.Bills) was held on Sunday, June 19, 2022. Of which, 76 bids amounting to Taka 3801.10 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 2500.00 crore for 91-Day T.Bill and 74 bids amounting to Taka 4800.90 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 1500.00 crore for 182-Day T.Bill. Of those, 11 bids of Taka 417.05 crore for 91-Day T.Bill and 19 bids of Taka 1500.00 crore for 182-Day T.Bill were accepted by the auction committee. Accordingly, the remaining amount of Taka 2082.95 crore was devolved on Bangladesh Bank at the same rate respectively in case of 91-Day T.Bill. The ranges of the implicit yields of the accepted bids were 5.99-6.05 and 6.40-6.59 percent per annum respectively.
