Auction No. 103/2021-22 of 91-Day and 364-Day Treasury Bills (T.Bills) was held on Sunday, June 12, 2022. Of which, 84 bids amounting to Taka 6561.00 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 2500.00 crore for 91-Day T.Bill and 50 bids amounting to Taka 2399.20 crore were offered against the pre-targeted amount of Taka 2000.00 crore for 364-Day T.Bill. Of those, 11 bids of Taka 2500.00 crore for 91-Day T.Bill and 04 bids of Taka 24.00 crore for 364-Day T.Bill were accepted by the auction committee. Accordingly, the remaining amount of Taka 1976.00 crore was devolved on Bangladesh Bank at the same rate in case of 364-Day T.Bill. The range of the implicit yields of the accepted bids for 91-Day T.Bill was 5.93-6.05 and the rate of the implicit yield of the accepted bid for 364-Day T.Bill was 6.66 percent per annum.
